In the past several months, FLYR celebrated the launch of our five global office hubs, three in the United States and two in Europe. We hosted open houses at each of our office hubs for all of our crew members and vendors to come and connect!
Our collaborative workspaces link directly to our company value “Navigate Together,” which is key as FLYR continues to scale organically and through acquisitions to support our growing customer base.
To us, “Navigate Together” means creating a culture where everyone is welcome and achievements are celebrated together.
We adopted a hybrid working model that launched in July where most crew members visit our office two days a week. In addition to ensuring employees have the opportunity to meet in person, leaders are encouraged to arrange regular face-to-face meetings with all team members, whether remote or hybrid. We are also reimbursing expenses up to $100 per month for our crew that commutes into one of our office hubs to subsidize gas, vehicle charging, parking, or public transportation costs.
Meeting regularly in person creates a sense of belonging. Being together allows our crew members to connect and communicate more effectively. It boosts creativity and productivity, which has helped us to continue to build The Revenue Operating System® into something that is helping travel and transportation leaders to overcome legacy constraints and rise above their competition.
Beyond the benefits of connection, our hybrid work model offers a great opportunity to interact across different functional teams, stemming further collaboration for learning and opportunity within the organization.
The Future of Work
While we love to see our crew members in person, we understand that flexibility is the key to a successful work environment. Having the ability to work remotely or at one of our five office hubs allows our crew members to be their best self, incorporating their personal working style and work life balance. What started out as essential during the global pandemic has turned into a new way of working – especially for those in tech – and it is important for us to be able to offer flexibility for our crew members.
There are definitely times when having office time away from home is a welcome change of pace. We are proud to offer our crew beautiful, state-of-the-art workspaces fully stocked with everything they need for an enjoyable, productive work day without the daily home distractions.
We provide adjustable desks for standing or sitting, with dual monitors and several charging ports at each workstation so that employees can just plug in their laptops and start working.
Crew members who like to work in a quiet zone or need privacy for meetings or recordings can utilize one of our soundproof rooms, conference rooms, or individual workspaces. Additionally, each of our offices has Zoom-integrated conference rooms, as well as comfortable, casual-style meeting rooms.
Need a pick-me-up to get through the morning or afternoon? Our offices all feature large kitchen spaces with top-of-the-line coffee and tea makers and a large array of yummy snacks and other beverages. In addition, employees receive UberEats credits to purchase breakfast and lunch each day they are in the office, or a monthly credit for remote employees. Our EU offices have breakfast and lunch delivered daily.

Our multiple locations also allow us to access our customers around the globe, making customer meetings more personalized. Our office hubs are well-located in their respective cities so crew members have quick access to entertainment options and great trendy neighborhoods.
Our goal is to create a collaborative welcoming work environment where our crews can best connect and innovate. We’re excited for our continued growth, seeing more crew members in each office hub, and welcoming our growing partner base to build the best revenue optimization and commercial intelligence technology in the travel industry.
